Blog meant for 1 Feb 2018 Thursday
Dear Friends,
Volatile day for markets as Nifty went below 11000 mark and finally closed marginally lower, 22 points at 11028. Global cues are mixed tonight.
Tomorrow’s market direction and movement will be based on the Budget and the reaction of investors to the Budget. It will be interesting to see what announcements the Government makes especially since it is the last full Budget before the Parliamentary elections next year in 2019.
The analysis for Short term as per technical analysis is as follows:
Nifty is in Hold zone.
The indications for individual stocks are –
THE HOLDS ARE- VEDANTA, AXIS BANK, YES BANK, HDFC, TCS, INFOSYS, HDFC BANK, SBI, RELIANCE INDUSTRIES
DON’T BUY – HINDALCO, ASIAN PAINT
WAIT TO SELL – ITC, M&M
SELL – TITAN, MARUTI
There are no fresh buy indications for short term. Tomorrow is likely to be a volatile day and markets may move on both sides as the Budget is being presented in the Parliament. Do not unnecessarily trade for short term.
