Global cues positive

[fusion_text]

Blog meant for 3 October Tuesday 2017

Dear Friends,

Nifty rose by 20 points on Friday to close at 9789. The global cues as of tonight are looking positive in Asia, Europe and US. There is a chance that our markets also open positively tomorrow.

The RBI will be meeting on 3 & 4 Oct to decide whether to cut interest rates. The Government and many people are expecting a rate cut so that the economy will is currently experiencing a slowdown can get revived by more credit flow in the economy. Rate cut may be positive for the market but we have to wait and see whether RBI actually cuts interest rates. If it does not cut rates, markets may be disappointed and there could a chance for a correction in our markets.

The technical analysis is as follows for short term –

HOLD – MARUTI

Buy – HDFC BANK (See the global cues in the morning and then decide to Buy)

JUST BUY – HINDALCO, VEDANTA (Although as per the graph, it is showing a Just Buy indication, since Nifty index is in Don’t Buy zone, we can wait for another day to see which direction the market and these two stocks go and then decide whether to buy or not or if you have the risk appetite, you can buy tomorrow).

WAIT TO BUY – INFOSYS

DON’T BUYS ARE- HDFC, RELIANCE, YESBANK, SBI, M&M, ACC, TITAN, ASIAN PAINT, LARSEN, TCS

Hope long term investors are not missing their monthly investments.
