Question of the Day

Please inform us about Omkar Speciality Chemicals Company for long term investment?

Answer

We do not want to even comment on such unknown and smaller companies. Every now and then we get such queries regarding whether we can invest in unknown companies such as above. Our answer will always be No. Unless, you have done extensive research and ready to take extra risk and speculating that the company will grow, it is better to stay away from such companies. Better to stick with bluechips which may not give spectacular returns but will surely give good, consistent returns in the long term with relatively less risk.

Please note that if you study the financials of the companies such as past profits as well as the performance of the shares of such small companies, you will notice that it is definitely not worth investing our hard earned money.

Some of the companies about which we get queries have not even been heard by us before. Such is the size of the companies.

Do not ask your broker about which shares to buy. With the help of the Workshop, you would have understood how to select and assess good companies.

Do not experiment at the cost of taking too much risk and speculating about some companies. Most times it ends up as wrong decisions.

All the best!
