The Road is slightly bumpy for a few Kilometres before you reach the Resort.

Miscllaneous such as Cocktail Snacks, Fellowship (Alcohol), erecting the Stage, Public Address System and Artists (Magician, Mimicry Artist) and other miscellaneous expenses like PPL License etc.

One Day for Two People = Rs.4800

When to make Payment?
At the time of High-tea on 7 March (Fri) evening at the Registration counter.
The particular cost of the Miscellaneous Expenses cannot be envisaged right now because the Bill is generated after the Event on a daily basis depending on our consumption.
The actual Bills will be procured on Sunday morning 9 March and if any excess money will be refunded.
For the Event and Entertainment Program, we have taken appropriate Licenses after payment.

Our Package is as follows:
FRIDAY AFTERNOON LUNCH – PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY
Our Package starts from 2 pm on 7 March only. You need to check-in to the Room at 2 pm after completing your Lunch elsewhere or in the Resort itself on Individual Payment basis.
In case you wish to have Buffett Lunch at the Resort on Friday afternoon, you are welcome. The cost is Rs.1180 per person inclusive of GST).
You may also have Lunch at any one of the Eateries on the way.

9.30 am to 1.45 pm – (OPTIONAL Program) – Visit to Talakaveri 52 Kms – (Approximately 1 Hour 40 Mins both ways) and Bhagamandala Temple in the same Vehicles you have Travelled in – Starts sharp at 9.30 am. Return by 1.45 pm.

Men – Shirt and Pant (No Shorts)
Women – Saree/Salwar Kameez (Sleeveless not allowed)
People who are not visiting Talakaveri, can make use of the Time for Free or Paid activities at the Resort.

Kindly note that apart from the Registered Participants, any other person/Driver from your side taking Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner at the Dining Hall will be charged by the Resort to the Individual Participant.

In view of the fact that the Starters and Snacks are available with the Dinner itself in the Main Hall, and also because of the exorbitant cost of Cocktail Snacks, we have ordered for Only limited Vegetarian Snacks at the time of Fellowship. However, we have ensured expensive, good quality of Spirits for the participants.

In view of the Members coming from Long distances across Karnataka by their own Cars/Taxis, we are planning to start the Lunch by 12 noon and End by 1.30 pm on Sunday.
Time taken to reach Bengaluru from the Resort is approximately 5 hours (Distance 251 Kms)
Time taken to reach Mysuru from the Resort is approximately 2.5 hours (Distance 118 Kms)
