Payment Only by Cash for Miscellaneous Expenses at the Resort
Pls note that as informed earlier, the payments for the Miscellaneous expenses has to be paid strictly in Cash at the Venue on 13 March Friday at the Conference Hall reception counter prior to the Get-together at 5 pm.
For Couple for two days: Rs.6,000
For Single Participants for two days: Rs.3,000
Driver Food Charges are also to be paid in Cash at the Conference Hall registration counter.
For two days: Rs.1,500 and One Day: Rs.750
Guidance for Check-in at the Hotel
1. Use the Google Map to arrive at the Resort
- At the Gate, indicate that you from Bharath Chandra Group and a separate parking lot will be allotted which is closer to the Dwelling Rooms
3. Report at the Reception for Check-in
4. Check-in to the allotted Room with your Luggage
5. Arrive at the Bandhan Conference Hall (300 steps) at 5 pm. Register your participation and make Cash payment.
6. High Tea at Bandhan Hall from 5.00 pm to 5.30 pm.
7. The Get-together starts at 6.00 pm
8. Dinner will be served at 9.00 pm
9. Program of the First Day ends at 10.00 pm

The Resort is around 3 Star. The dwelling rooms and the quality of the food is good.

Costing
For two days for two people on twin sharing basis (Couple or Friends), the cost is Rs.13,760 only inclusive of tax.
Kindly note that the approx surplus amount of Rs.50,000 from last year’s Get-together in Virajpet is being used for the Get-together this time. The below rates of non-excluded items have been mentioned after taking into consideration the surplus amount.

The COUNTDOWN for our Get-together has begun!
This time to make the event more memorable, we are introducing many new programs.
We have taken a policy decision of not inviting any Guest Artists for entertainment programs but to involve our talented classmates to perform.
Kindly note this is not the detailed program sheet.

Interested to participate, kindly send a message. Suggestions for Fancy Dress – Beggar, Politician with followers, Vegetable Seller, Cricketer, Koravanji, Quack Doctor, Bus Conductor, Film Actor, Temple Priest, Police Officer etc.
2. Special Session for Spouses of Graduates
A platform to share their married life experience. Topic: How you selected (or trapped?!) your Spouse (Duration of talk – 10 sentences)
3. Exciting Game of Queen of Timbuktu
Details are kept as secret
4. Special Kannada Skit by Dr.Indukala & Team

15 March 2026 Sunday morning
9. A chance to invite all our Classmates of yesteryears (Juniors & Seniors of MMC)
On Sunday morning, you can invite all MMC Graduates, both our Juniors and Seniors (other batches apart from ours). They will be with us for morning breakfast and afternoon lunch. The cost will be only Rs.1,200/- per head inclusive of taxes. The cost may be paid either by the Invitees or the Invited. Prior registration is compulsory.
10. MMC T5 Cricket Match (Tennis ball)
Cricket match between two teams on Sunday morning (5 overs per team). Interested cricketers may kindly share your names via WhatsApp at the earliest.

Facility for Drivers
Bathing and restroom facilities are available at Ankit Vista Resort.
However, there is no Free accommodation for Drivers.
Food will be available at Concessional rates.
Earlier offer was given for Drivers at the staff canteen. Now, they have given Buffet offers. Buffet Breakfast, Buffet Lunch, Buffet Dinner along with us at concessional rate of Rs.750 per day
However, many food joints are available on the highway at a short distance.
Kindly let us know whether the Driver is accompanying you for the Food.

At the entrance of the Resort, inform them that you are from Dr.Bharath Chandra Group. A separate car park will be assigned closer to the Accommodation (Dwelling rooms). This will reduce the walking from our Rooms
