Most Stocks are in Hold zone for short term

Blog meant for 1 November Wednesday 2017

Dear Friends,

As mentioned in the blog yesterday, markets were weak throughout the day today and finally Nifty closed 28 points lower. The global cues were the main reason for the slight weakness in our markets.

European and US markets are marginally positive tonight and hence we have to see how Asian markets open tomorrow.

India has been ranked 1oo in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business rankings. It was ranked at number 130 in last year’s ranking and hence this is good improvement for the country and will help businesses raise foreign capital or funding in the future.

The technical analysis for tomorrow for short term is as follows –

The Nifty is still in Hold zone-

THE HOLDS ARE- ACC, HINDALCO,  RELIANCE, VEDANTA, SBI, LARSEN, MARUTI, TCS, TITAN,

THE DON’T BUYS ARE-   YESBANK, HDFC, ASIAN PAINT, HDFCBANK

WAIT TO SELL – M&M

TOO LATE TO BUY or HOLD – AXIS BANK

When you are buying stocks for long term, you are buying the same stocks again and again every month. It is not new companies every month.  As suggested in the Workshop, buy the stocks regularly every month without missing. Do not experiment by buying smaller and unknown companies since the risk is much higher in unknown companies.
