Pause in the uptrend today

Blog meant for 3 Nov 2017 Friday

Dear Friends,

Today Nifty was absolutely flat and quiet throughout the day. Finally it closed 17 points lower at 10424 and managed to stay above 10400 mark. The markets consolidated due to the weak global cues and the spectacular rise yesterday.

European markets are mainly negative and the US markets are also marginally negative as of now.

The analysis for tomorrow for short term is as follows:

THE HOLDS ARE- AXIS BANK, HINDALCO, MARUTI, RELIANCE, SBI, TCS, TITAN, VEDANTA, HDFC

THE JUST BUYS ARE- HDFC BANK

THE DON’T BUYS ARE- KOTAK BANK, YES BANK

WAIT TO SELL – INFOSYS, M&M

SELL – ITC

WAIT TO BUY – ASIAN PAINT

Let short term trades not distract you from investing for long term. The major benefit from Stock Markets is received from long term appreciation of shares since we get the benefit of compounding.

Whatever, your age now, ensure that you or your near and dear ones take the benefit of compounding in life.

Many studies and our experience have shown that most people understand the power of compounding very late in life and therefore miss out on the full benefits of long term wealth creation.

Invest as suggested in the Workshop for a period of 8-10-15-20 years plus so that it will help you achieve your long term goals in life.

All the best.
