Sell or Wait to Sell for most stocks

Blog meant for 25 September Monday 2017

Dear Friends,

North Korea fears once again gripped Stock Markets all over the world. Nifty collapsed by 158 points to close below the 10,000 mark at 9964.

Asian markets were weak just like our markets and European markets and US markets were somewhat flat on Friday. We have to see if our markets can recover a bit after the huge fall on Friday.

Investors who have entered into short term trades must be very careful to Sell if the Sell indication arises since markets could become weaker if Foreign investors sell further.

The technical analysis is as follows for short term –

THE HOLDS ARE- ASIAN PAINT, MARUTI, HDFC BANK, HDFC

Wait to Sell – RELIANCE, YESBANK, LARSEN, TCS

SELL – VEDANTA,  HINDALCO

DON’T BUYS ARE- INFOSYS, SBI, M&M, ACC, TITAN

Hope long term investors make use of the fall in markets as good buying opportunity for bluechips.

Do not enter into any short term trades until the next rally starts. Nifty is currently in Wait to sell zone and so are most of the individual stocks as mentioned above.

We have to also see whether this is the start of a bear market just like how we saw in the year 2008 when our markets fell along with global markets.
