Some buy indications

Dear friends,

Huge rally for Nifty today. It went up by 197 points and closed at 10325. We have seen such a rally after more than two months. It was supported by good cues from European markets. As of now, European markets have closed up by 2-3% and US markets are trading slightly positive.

As expected by markets, the RBI did not change the interest rates and hence there is no change in the situation.

After today’s rally, Nifty and many individual stocks have entered Buy zone. We have to see if this rally continues in the coming days.

Nifty is in Buy zone for short term.

The indications for individual stocks for short term are –

DON’T BUY – HINDALCO, VEDANTA, AXIS BANK, ITC

HOLD – TITAN, MARUTI, M&M, ASIAN PAINT, HDFC BANK

WAIT TO BUY – RELIANCE INDUSTRIES, INFOSYS

BUY – SBI, YES BANK, HDFC (if you have risk appetite and want to make some short term profits, you can Buy them. Ensure that once you buy any stock for short term, you must monitor the market every night so that you will be alert if you need to take any action)

JUST BUY – TCS (it has gone slightly higher than the red line. Either it can be bought tomorrow or you can wait for one more day and then decide whether to buy or not)

Long term investors should invest every month in bluechip shares without worrying about the short term fluctuations.
